Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Quickbase is used within our Quality and Food Safety Department only. However, we communicate data from Quickbase to departments throughout the organization. QuickBase addressed our need for a streamlined approach to inbound product inspections to improve internal and vendor communication and provides valuable data available for trending purposes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allows the ability to create valuable reports that can be used for data trending. The easy tool for creating reports and charts saves hours of time spent analyzing data.
Customization.

Cons

The mobile use of Quickbase could still use some work. Several formulas and other features are not effective or operable in mobile view.
Allow for real-time integrated data uploads. (CSV Sync allows for every hour but we need automated data uploads regularly throughout the day).

Likelihood to Recommend

I've recommended Quickbase multiple times throughout our organization. So far I have not found a scenario where QuickBase would not be an appropriate solution.
