Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

Used by couple of departments within our company to collaborate data, improve and automate processes and in some cases share it with our customer.

Pros

  • Rapid development platform
  • Ease of use
  • Ease of automation

Cons

  • Not a true global platform
  • Tracking email notifications
  • Table size limitations
Pega systems came out to be far more superior but due to management changes we lost traction.
[QuickBase is well suited for] Process improvement, data integrity and automation with the help of javascript and other offline scripting languages with the use of API's.
