We tried in-house solution with Sitecore - default module. Bazaarvoice is much more extensive, structured and functional, and hence decided on this.
Even though both PowerReviews and Bazaar Voice are capable of fulfilling the aforementioned needs, PowerReviews also provides free trials. PowerReview's style options aren't always user-friendly, but the app is worth checking out if aesthetic concerns aren't top of mind. Bazaar …
I have not used any other service that is similar to Bazaarvoice. They came recommended to me during my last job at my old company and have stuck with them ever since due to overall positive ROI and excellent experience working with their team end to end on customer sample …
Yotpo meets the same requirements in addition it offers free trails too which bazaar voice is unable to provide. Sometimes the styling part can be a headache in Yotpo so if that is not your main focus area you can definitely try Yotpo.Meanwhile bazaar voice is very professional …
It's the most trusted provider and has the highest standards. It also has a user-friendly platform with all the functionalities we need. The other platforms lacked basic functionality, included reporting, filtering, saving views, and general maintenance. We found many issues …
Both services are a good choice. I don't feel you can go wrong with either option. They would have both fulfilled our need and have very similar offerings. We ended up going with Bazaarvoice Conversations because of their initial cost for setup. The cost at the time for annual …
Trustpilot and PowerReviews are similar products that provide similar functionalities as Bazaarvoice Conversations. Bazaarvoice Conversations has proven customer support teams and capabilities of an easy to use User Interface that can be used by non-technical staff.
Bazaarvoice and Power Reviews are pretty much parity products. It is hard to understand which to choose because, from a tech standpoint, do about the same. We have stuck with BV because the account support has always been a great value-add.
At the time PowerReviews were the only other vendor we evaluated. Bazaarvoice was easier to implement and a thorough understanding of the apparel industry.
Our eCommerce platform is ISAMS so we were previously using the inbuilt product review function within that. ISAMS reviews worked but lacked the bells and whistles of Bazaarvoice, and we had to initiate a fair bit of customisation to get simple functions like keyword …
BV and PR prior to the marriage were close competitors, but BV was way more expensive. We are to the point that we should consider a new solution with risks or develop in-house.

It is completely determined by your business objectives - most onsite widgets will do the exact same things: stars and reviews onsite. The key differentiator would be reporting and only a few have the structure and robust analytics to accomplish this. Bazaarvoice is certainly …
New Brand was a LOT more expensive and really didn't provide much more than what Review Trackers does. They did, however, have a "heatmap" that highlighted popular words used in reviews. That was helpful to see a snapshot of what types of things people are reviewing on our …
I haven't used any other websites similar to review trackers. Once we started with Review Trackers, there was never any need to look into any other companies for this service.
We looked into using a website called Real Review Tracker that seemed to have a similar setup - but did …
We selected Review Trackers because it is easy to use and doesn't spam you with any emails you don't need. We always know what is going on with our clients!
We did some internet searches for a product like this and we found that review trackers had what we were looking for. I was able to call the day I decided to move forward with the product and arrange for a demo. I signed up the same day and am very satisfied with the outcome.
We switched to Review Trackers because they simply were a better fit for our business needs and fit to our agency review platform versus creating a method we had to follow.
Bazaarvoice is overall a quite strong ratings and reviews platform. If you have a national brand and want to integrate ratings and reviews into your website, Bazaarvoice should be in your consideration set. If you have a small business or a tighter budget, you may find Bazaarvoice too robust or expensive of a platform. If your brand gets a lot of organic product reviews, Bazaarvoice will be a helpful tool to increase brand credibility and search engine rankings. If you need help getting consumers to review your products, Bazaarvoice offers sampling programs. These programs can get very pricy depending on how many SKUs you are looking for reviews on. Bazaarvoice also has a proprietary platform where they collect consumer reviews for many brands, and once you have the Bazaarvoice ratings and reviews platform, you may be able to purchase reviews of your products and have them sync to your website without having to run a sampling program.
If you're on a tight budget, Review Trackers is a great choice. There are a lot of expensive solutions out there, but Review Trackers is very affordable, even for small businesses. Make sure that Review Trackers will pull reviews from sources specific to your industry. I'm in the automotive industry, so Review Trackers will pull reviews from Cars.com, Edmunds, and other auto specific review sites.
When a customer purchases from us, they are sent a post-interaction email by Bazaarvoice two weeks later after they've received their purchase and had a chance to try it out. This email gets customers back on our site leaving SEO-rich reviews. Our marketing team uses these reviews for social posts and email blasts as well.
The Bazaarvoice annual conference was really beneficial. I was able to talk to different Bazaarvoice teams and get recommendations for improving our experience with Bazaarvoice. I also got ideas from fellow marketers on how they were able to increase reviews or use the reviews in marketing initiatives.
The Bazaarvoice Conversion Impact Report lets me know Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue, etc. for customers who've used reviews vs. those who haven't. This helps me know that Bazaarvoice is paying for itself.
The Questions & Answers section on the product detail pages give us another way to add SEO-rich content when we answer customer questions. It also gives us insight into what the customers are struggling with. With this info we will add info to our product description, shipping pages, etc.
The improvements made to the current platform are great however I feel there could be more frequent releases to update certain aspects of the platform that feel a little neglected. For example the process of uploading a photo to the site via curations is quite clunky for a customer and not able to be adjusted to be in line with the rest of the website. It would be great if this was more dynamic.
We are happy with the product and really just need to optimise our deployment of it on an ongoing basis. There is a lot of functionality prebuilt within Bazaarvoice which we want to have on our site, and to recreate this in our platform would take significant effort which is not practical for us.
No complaints. For a great price, we get exactly what we need out of it. Templates for review requests, as well as the ability to monitor the requests coming in and what our patients are saying about our services. It also gives the patients easy access to a direct link to review sites.
I'm sure all processes and program can improve, however Bazaarvoice has reached a very easy usability level and hope this continues as the product improves over time.
It was super easy to access the dashboard and view everything that was going on. I also love the review request template ... it's great at the end of the week starting to see reviews come in.
The Bazaarvoice team is always available via call, email, or any other platform to provide help, guidance, or to push or ask for the task we set earlier. They are talkative and easy to share information and discuss issues if there are any. Thay may have more out of box solutions for easy implementation, but as a whole, and regarding support I am satisfied.
They are always there when I need them, and there has never been an issue with the support team. They are prompt with their responses and always very polite and eager to help me out. I also frequently have them asking me if there is anything additional they can do, which I greatly appreciate
Both services are a good choice. I don't feel you can go wrong with either option. They would have both fulfilled our need and have very similar offerings. We ended up going with Bazaarvoice Conversations because of their initial cost for setup. The cost at the time for annual fees were similar.
New Brand was a LOT more expensive and really didn't provide much more than what Review Trackers does. They did, however, have a "heatmap" that highlighted popular words used in reviews. That was helpful to see a snapshot of what types of things people are reviewing on our restaurants. They lost their contract with Yelp towards the end, but didn't offer us any sort of discount for no longer pulling Yelp reviews for us. That was the last straw. We get a ton of Yelp reviews, so having to find those ourselves while still paying top dollar for the platform was ridiculous
This has had a positive impact on the way the company identifies user issues and complaints more easily/readily.
The negative impact is that departments seem to put a lot more expectations on our customers than this tool can provide (e.g., replies and follow-up), meaning that we aren't as able to provide additional information when requested.
It's uncertain whether responding to reviews adds a lot of value when all is said and done. Reviewers rarely adjust their ratings, even if/when we sufficiently address their concerns or resolve issues.
ReviewTrackers has met each expectation we have set with ease. We've been able to maintain a more visible presence in the public review space, showing our past and potential guests we are engaged and take their feedback seriously.
We are able to set goals for our properties to try and receive a higher score year over year for specific platforms and this wouldn't be possible without ReviewTrackers ability to have the entirety of each property's historical data.
