Salesforce Partner Management is a partner relationship management (PRM) software solution offered by Salesforce.
These platforms are more for affiliate marketing than partner marketing and although they are better for tracking and payouts, Allbound is a lot better for collateral management and that's why we chose them.
For our partner portal, we have chosen Allbound. We wanted one place where all of our partners could go to find the information they required, and where some of that information could be made available automatically. Allbound provides us all the necessary tools for facilitating …
Allbound offers everything we want in a PRM and portal experience for our partners at a fraction of the cost and with a much easier to use interface for both the administrator and the partner. Allbound is super responsive to our ideas and helps us implement without additional …
They are different in the sense that Allbound allows you to loop in different parners to a degree that HubSpot doesn't outside smaller extensions and portals. More visbility into interactions with HubSpot, but it's truly built for marketing vs a sales forward/partnership …
Tune provides great on-boarding experience for new users, but the functionality of the product itself is limited. For example if you multiple partners worldwide who sell your product, Salesforce CRM integration is a must to achieve business goals. Salesforce ecosystems helps to …
Impartner is fine for those not using Salesforce, but the ability to customize the Salesforce PRM is far superior and more seamlessly adds data to Salesforce than Impartner does. A lot of customization we needed to do was required to go through Impartner, but we can do anything …
Since our main CRM for the business is Salesforce, the choice for the Salesforce Partner Management was a no-brainer and no other option was researched at the time. While it would not be ideal in most scenarios, for us it proved to be the right choice under our timeframe and …
In general lines, the simple drag-and-drop interface of Salesforce Partner Management makes it a great tool when comparing it with the rest of the tools in the market. Additionally, the vast number of integration with content management systems is not a feature easily found in …
Since our sales team already uses Salesforce, it was easier to just go with Salesforce Partner Management. Salesforce has a very manageable learning curve and has many classes and lessons for users, while PartnerStack is more limited. Salesforce Partner Management has robust …
We had 3-4 systems separated while using SAP with various forms created in 123 forms notified in various notifications going to various mailboxes with people manually checking the deal registrations and MDF. For leads, it was done using SAP with no access to the lead status …
We chose to use the Salesforce Partner Management software because we already used Salesforce and didn't want to add another vendor to our books. The onboarding was smooth, the features are what you would expect from an enterprise-level software platform like Salesforce. The …

Very well-suited for a rising startup like ours that is rapidly growing its customer and partner base. Very well-suited for needing to make rapid changes to your marketing mix and being able to quickly see it reflected in the portal.
For partners on-boarding and information sharing this tool is a perfect fit. It also fits well for admin users as it helps to consolidate all information in one place with most common integrations being supported by Salesforce. So far we've been dipping our toes with this product, but in the future look forward to expanding on functionalities that we utilize in business processes
Lead registrations. One reason we chose Allbound was for its easy to use deal registration form.
Events. We promote every event that our company will be attending to all of our partners via Allbound.
Prospecting. Our team also creates unique prospecting pages for customers, prospects, and partners to help drive specific information that these companies should have access to across the organization.
One thing is, you have to put the time you took on the case if you edited it. I would like to change the name or a note and not have to go back and put how long it took.
Allbound is so easy to use as an administrator and provides human support and a resource for its customers to learn about the features and tools available. Our partners consistently provide feedback to us about how much they absolutely love our partner portal, which Allbound provides the structure and functionality to allow us to over amazing things to thousands of partner globally. Almost every person who provides feedback says some iteration of "this is the best partner portal i've ever used."
We are definitely going to renew as we created and developed a very functional and complete solution that we won't want to lose. and the reason we achieved that is by continuously evolving and enhancing. That would not be possible without the qualified technical support we have at our disposal internally.
It is by far the easiest system to administrator that I have either had experience doing or demoed from other vendors. No coding skills needed. Simple interfaces for everything. And the Allbound University and live support are great!
Salesforce Partner Management is complete and has great usability. Just as a Salesforce full CRM does. However, when you have to deploy the initial implementation and/or create the infrastructure for your Salesforce Partner Management it might require, as expected, a very good support and development team and resources
Allbound has a support team that is easy to contact right through the PRM interface. Additionally, we have a dedicated account manager and development team who are super responsive and helpful. Allbound has a ticketing system for support as well, which keeps you up to date on status of your support requests.
Regular meetings, lots of UAT, quick responses, and adherence to our timeline made implementation a breeze -- even though we had some really complex processes we needed to support.
For our partner portal, we have chosen Allbound. We wanted one place where all of our partners could go to find the information they required, and where some of that information could be made available automatically. Allbound provides us all the necessary tools for facilitating content exchange with our partners, including legally binding contracts, transaction registrations, and everything else we may need. It also helps us empower our partners by providing them with instructional courses and turnkey marketing strategies.
In general lines, the simple drag-and-drop interface of Salesforce Partner Management makes it a great tool when comparing it with the rest of the tools in the market. Additionally, the vast number of integration with content management systems is not a feature easily found in other similar tools and it really helps with the assets management process.
