Chose Dialpad Connect
Dialpad Connect was much easier to set up (Twilio's regulatory bundle approvals are inconsistent-- the documents I sent them using our account were rejected, but were approved using the same documents when I applied for a phone number from Close CRM's Twilio integration).
I can't really tell you as I haven't tried a competitor, I'm not sure what others there really are. I guess it's better than Twilio but that's not an apples to apples comparison.
My previous provider had bad call quality, calls would drop and my phone would randomly dial other numbers. All of these issues have been alleviated with Dialpad. It has been a great and useful service since I signed up.
Panterra is dependable and has good support. Dialpad Connect has more features and an easier interface. AT&T has a lot of features, but Dialpad Connect's interface is easier. AT&T does not do call transcription that I know of. Comcast BVE and 8x8 services are lower quality and …
Been many years, as i was in previous job. Travel agency that worked like a call center. But its been 5 years on Dialpad and it functions for us as a call center. But has better options
Dialpad Connect more than holds its own against its competitors. It's pricing and support are very good. Additionally it's free trial offer is instrumental in demonstratingto a customer it's ability to pay for itself without concerning potential new clients with immediate and …
Company decided on a service that was more inclusive then just using Zoom or something similar. Also we have had some bad experiences with Ring Central
Dialpad Connect is very helpful for everyone. After switching to Orum, I feel that Orum better fits our business needs as it can serve as both a power and parallel dialer. The best part is the live coaching feature, where I can listen in on any calls in real-time to coach my …
Neither Zoom nor Teams automatically send your conference recordings to the chair or organizer; you have to go in and download them. Zoom/Teams will notify when the meeting is about to start; however I have never been contacted by the system or auto-connected to the meeting by …
Dialpad is designed with a mobile-first approach, making it a strong choice for teams that need to manage calls, messages, and meetings on the go. Dialpad may be better than Zoom for businesses that need a comprehensive communication platform with a strong emphasis on voice …
Webex stands out for its comprehensive features and enterprise level security that cater well to hybrid work environments. Webex app is a unified communication tool unlike other platforms.
Webex App is far superior to Calendar Hero, Microsoft Teams, and Hub for Teams in many ways but most importantly it was more cost effective for our small business. It was also more user friendly and worked on many platforms, besides just the app, desktop, etc as well. We …
Microsoft Teams is the main competitor of the Webex App. But it provides services for less cost than Webex App. And also teams are used by majority of companies in software industries due to its support for other Microsoft services.
Webex App is better than other tools because it can be easily used both by employee and internal partners and external ones. Other tools ask for credential passcode or tailor made permission, Webex App doesn’t work in this sense and this is a plus. Also Webex App reminds you …
Webex App stands out in this crowded space of similar products due to it's high audio and video quality during meetings. It's transcript generation, video recording and other AI features makes it a great product for team collboration and communication. However, it's cost and …
Slido is the best tool for conference feedback, online, live, and hybrid. I don't use it with Webex, though, as chat and questions are usually enough. As a moderator, I also do not decide od extra tools, probably Slido costs extra. (Our company pays for Slido but not for Webex, …
Our organisation has decided to use Webex for internal communication. Unfortunately, I don't know the reasons behind this, it was decided by IT and not by the individuals in the organisation. As far as I know, however, the majority are satisfied and would recommend Webex to …
Teams natively integrates services and features of our organization because we are a Microsoft shop. For this reason alone, WebEx will never compete. Slack, however, is a trendy solution that integrates well with everything (as long as you are willing to work with 3rd party …
Vonage may be one of the oldest or original VOIP phone systems, but Webex holds it's own to them. Webex uses screen sharing and video meetings which is better for our staff to instantly touch base with each other when needed.
This is a difficult question because many companies similarly to us have invested in the Microsoft platform and ecosystem of products so when compared to the office umbrella of products, office and teams is just there to use and does not need nor require additional use training …
Webex App is known for its high-quality video and audio capabilities. Webex App performs well even with low bandwidth environment. Features like background noise suppression enhance clarity. It also provides robust security features including end to end encryption, compliance …
It is well-suited for basic calling functionality, but has been a poor experience for us when used for texting, as it lacks some of the features of other platforms, such as Haymarket. It is also challenging to capture good analytics, as this is neither easy nor clear for users to find.
It is best suited for invitation-only paid online events with a professional moderator and someone who takes care of the technical issues. The downside I see is that people are less familiar with Webex than other platforms. This creates a barrier. Also, It would help if transcription supported Slovenian. It is less appropriate for events and meetings in Slovenian.
Easier group discussions, as default title is always "General" then the people listed, it can be difficult for some users to visualize who they are talking to if done quickly.
The ability to set my status as "available" so people know they can reach out to me, even if I haven't been at my desk for 10 minutes.
The ability to send a message based on someone's availability status (i.e. not in a meeting, or not presenting) rather than just time.
As of now, the way this system allows us to call each other, text each other (inner office) as well as communicate with customers while being fully integrated with our CRM (Service Titan) has made everything so much easier for everyone. Thus far, I am super thrilled with the ease of use, integration and all the reasons we chose Dialpad Talk are working great
We really like the flexibility of jabber. With the exception of a few quirks that we have found, we see a bright future with it. We depend on it daily and will continue to do so for several years to come. As our team grows, more users will be using it and more screen sharing will be done. It it an indispensable tool that we simply could not imagine going without. It makes communicating so much easier when time is of the essence.
Dialpad Connect is good and recommended for any organization. It is a good value. It can accomplish everything that your organization is looking for, and no one will say it is outside the budget for any 50+ person organization. The AI feature is very useful. The dashboard could be a bit easier to manage, and the integration with Salesforce could be a bit smoother.
Webex is quite usable, and it is, in fact very easy to use as well. You don't need a lot of documentation to learn how to use the app as it's mostly self-explanatory. The user interface is easy on the eyes, and people can see buttons without issues. Overall, WebEx's front-end design is great and I don't have much issue with it.
There have not been any outages that I am aware of and we have had consistently good coverage since the start. There can be a slight lag from the office to the mobile app, but it is not terribly noticeable and it has not resulted in any calls being prematurely hung up
I would say every time I open it, it is there, there are times that our users have to sign out and back in to get it to work or even do a full exit as the app will disconnect from the controlling the desk phone, but some easy steps to sign-out or fully exit the app gets the user back up and running quickly.
The emails of voice transcription come very quickly after a call has been completed and except for a few fairly difficult names are pretty accurate. The ability to quickly listen to the voicemail from email without having to open the app is also a bonus. I have not noticed or heard of any slowdowns
On standalone it works fine, it used to consume a considerable amount of system resources in the past, but with updates and upgrades, this has improved quite a lot. As far as integrations with other systems, we have not come across any critical issues with the app.
Dialpad Onboarding support was okay. I think this was because we used a 3rd party vendor. We had a lot of issues with provisioning the phones.
The Dialpad sales rep forgot to mention that Dialpad is only compatible with Polycom desk phones so we bad to purchase new phones last minute.
We were supposed to get 3 months free when we signed up with Dialpad as a courtesy but the charged us for the 3rd month. They have resolved this error but I think there was no designated point of contact on Dialpad's end to help things move more smoothly.
The support team is quick in reverting to the issues faced, and it has multiple language support, which would be very helpful for some instances. Their expertise in resolving queries is instantaneous. Most of the common lags/issues in the application are identified and fixed with regular updates.
I would rate the in-person training 9/10. The session was highly interactive, providing opportunities for real-time questions and hands-on experience, which made the learning process more engaging. The trainer was knowledgeable, addressing our specific needs and ensuring that all participants fully understood the material. The structured approach and practical exercises helped reinforce key concepts. However, allocating more time for hands-on practice and group discussions could have further improved the overall experience, making it even more effective.
Simple and easy to follow, we had our branches around the country to be trained and the feedback was great. Only take if there was a desk phone training that would be great. The team provided us with video for the desk phone training
Very easy to create. All operations are done without any problems with our business growth. All people like the experience including me as an instructor. The tools that WebEx App offers us are very complete for working in a virtual classroom, whether it is sharing the screen, the different display modes, the whiteboard, or even the scoring tools on the screen, it allows me to do my job as an instructor as if I was face to face with the participants.
There was quite a bit of back and forth with TAC and Cisco Reps to get it fully up and running but we did get there. Some of which had to do with documentation was not fully understandable. But with Cisco TAC we were able to get fully up and running.
Panterra is dependable and has good support. Dialpad Connect has more features and an easier interface. AT&T has a lot of features, but Dialpad Connect's interface is easier. AT&T does not do call transcription that I know of. Comcast BVE and 8x8 services are lower quality and service is not great.
Microsoft Teams is the main competitor of the Webex App. But it provides services for less cost than Webex App. And also teams are used by majority of companies in software industries due to its support for other Microsoft services.
So far, Dialpad has been a great improvement for our organization. It allows everyone to be on the same service and the integration with the mobile app means everyone is still using the "office" numbers even when on the go which makes it easier not having to balance multiple phone numbers from people
Once everything is in place on the back end getting Webex on a user's PC is now very easy and with single sign-on, users are able to sign in without having to remember another password. Just make sure you have all the user settings in CUCM, CUC set right, and that they have the needed licenses in Webex Control Hub.
Webex App has really helped in implementing virtual work or working from home, thereby increasing the productivity by saving the traveling time to office. So, it's hard to express it in some measurable matrix, but for sure it has increased the productivity and also, the better document sharing and presentation tools, helps the meeting to be very crisp and super productive.
