    We evaluated iCIMS, Taleo, and CATS. Jobvite was hands down the best. All others had pretty poor UX for recruiters and candidates. They felt clunky or slim in terms of features. Jobvite was the best option in terms of slick, simple UI, and complete features.

    I have used Taleo and a Proprietary ATS. There is no "perfect" ATS but Jobvite does a good job with the basics, and does a great job integrating social media and search functions from the Internet.
