Monster.com is very excellent for professionals who are in need of candidate database with effective cost. The customer service is very good in term of explaining new features and accepting user reviews. Even though it is cost effective it doesn't fail to meet the user needs. I …
Monster.com Vs. Dice.com Vs. Indeed.com Vs. Naukri.com Vs. LinkedIn.com Monster has a larger database than Dice Monster and has a broader reach across all sectors not related to tech. With Monster, we can attract more active candidates than passive ones that LinkedIn uses. …
I think Monster.com fills a different niche. SeekOut/LinkedIn are more about finding candidates from the overall pool of millions of profiles and resumes. Monster.com shows you immediately who is looking, who is applying, etc. Monster.com also has the salary tools, which I …
I started using Monster.com in my initial days of recruiting and the UI of Monster.com is much interactive and user friendly. While using CareerBuilder.com I faced many issues while sorting profiles location-wise and keyword-wise so there is no comparison between Monster.com …
Attracts candidates. Matches candidates to positions. Weeds out unqualified candidates. Easy to use.Advertising for open positions. Doesn't force you to change your password every other month or so. Very logical layout of the website. The search strings are very accurate. If …
I selected Monster.com for the complete package and very useful database. Find monster.com very easy to use, track the activity of the recruiter as well as of the candidate. Checking inventory remaining is very easy to find in Monster.com. The is the best database to get the …
Monster rounds our our resources to be able to deliver quality candidates for internal and our govnerment clients needs! It's a great commpliment, each tool has it's advantage! Especially easy interface with our ATS and reporting capabilitles.
We evaluated two more job boards. One of them was free of charge and it is much harder to manage meaning the layout of software is not easy. The other service that we used, we barely got applicants at all. What was not helpful for us, is that in Monster.com we didn't find a way …
We have used Indeed.com and LinkedIn Jobs as well as Monster.com for posting open positions online. Monster.com was consistent in the quality of applicants that they delivered to us. The other online job boards are okay with the applicants they provide but we have found that …
The powerful feature that Monster has is its Boolean search, which is incredible. The resumes that pop up are the ones that are not able to be found on any other job boards. The Power Resume Search feature is the pro here. When it comes to Dice, the filters help us find the …
Indeed - You cannot do active sourcing on this. It is only passive recruiting in which you need to wait for the candidate to get back to you. Also the number of candidates that you can approach is limited. With Monster you can do active hiring and there is no limit to which you …
It is the least effective tool we use. It's steadily declined in relevance in the marketplace which means that not only do less candidates know about Monster, but also fewer employers known about the platform. I think Indeed has largely taken over Monster's position in the …
Both Health Stream and Healthcare Source have to-do lists, completion lists, and tracking. However, the functionality of Healthcare Source is far superior to HealthStream. The notifications are much better and helpful. The tracking on Healthcare Source is easy to use and see. …
It's been 4-5 years since our last RFP but at the time we considered Halogen, Lawson Talent Management, Success Factors and Taleo. Some of those vendors were out of the running if they did not offer both a Performance Manager and an Applicant Tracking system. We ideally wanted …
I have used HealthStream to manage classes for another hospital, but find that NetLearning has many more options and ability to go above and beyond with educating our employees.
I have seem other products such as Success Factors and Softscape, we went with HealthcareSource because we really like PerformanceManager but also because we planned to expand our use of their products for other areas of the talent management spectrum and eventually started …
It is very well for the IT recruitment. Database of the C2C is candidate is very large and very helpful. Monster.com timely do the updates so less bugs and less issues compared to other portals. Using different to get the best potential candidate is very good while using Monster Job Portal.
It really is the best solution to any organization that needs to provide and track employees continued learning or learning of policies and procedures. The tracking is great on all ends. The interface is simple and easy to navigate. It may not be suitable for an organization with under 10 people as it is quite extensive and may be a bit over the top.
Monster.com can improve on its data redundancy aspect. It frustrates the users to look at or access the same sets of results or the same applications again and again.
It can also look into the spam feature. There are ways one can spam it by taking out information.
Looking back we can say that every year we used Performance Manager and other products too like HeathcareSource's Compensation and Position Manager we saw the ease of use for employees and HR staff members increase, we saw employees getting more comfortable with the product and HR Staff getting better at expressing their needs to the HealthcareSource team and this made us want to stay with the same company, when things are getting better each year we know we are in the right place.
With the use of Monster.com I can get my job done with the turn around time. The user interface is very good to use and anyone can use it at the first time. It has saved search features which is very useful for tracking. Mainly, it is useful for both job seekers as well as for the recruiters.
Monster is a job portal with rich features and a great depth of database in candidates. They also have a good search option that is able to display the right candidates when you search for them. The only gripe that I have about Monster is that they need to improve their database of candidates when it comes to blue-collar jobs or non-software jobs.
On the previous rating scale, I kept thinking "it depends". If I know it's an easy question or easy fix, the response is super fast. If I know I am asking something complex, custom or I just know it's not going to be able to be answered by 1st tier, it can take some time. I have worked on these issues with them (they are all very nice) I do now have avenues for finding things out from one person. We had one issue where we had a major problem and it required a software patch and their support team worked throughout the weekend to create, QA, and deliver the patch as promised. I was very impressed
Monster is more globally present than Naukri, which is used mostly only in India. Monster job posts are more effective than Indeed.
I have seem other products such as Success Factors and Softscape, we went with HealthcareSource because we really like PerformanceManager but also because we planned to expand our use of their products for other areas of the talent management spectrum and eventually started using their Compensation and Position Manager products too.
Monster.com helped me to close the niche positions and diverse positions very quickly which in return made a huge impact on profit for organization and myself as well.
Monster.com helps me reduce the time to fulfill a particular position which again helps to increase the cost.
Monster.com has helped me to reach across various demographic groups allowing my company to tap into a more diverse talent pool.
NetLearning has increased our nursing CEU credits with the most efficiency. Now nurses can take courses on NetLearning and have it track their hours.
On a compliance standpoint, NetLearning has benefited us when we are being audited and we have to show what trainings or classes an employee has made. Also, to make sure that their certifications are up to date.
