They are both quite intuitive and contain similar features and both have become quite user-friendly. The ease of use with GoTo Webinar is unmatched by any of the competitors so we choose to have 2 tools - 1 for internal engagement and 1 for external client use. More Info Chose GoTo Webinar Zoom caters to a much higher attendee count. GoTo Webinar has more intuitive, user-friendly tools that most people can pick up on their own.
