Able2Extract Professional, is a PDF converter, editor, and creator - a PDF suite that aims to cut down on time spent dealing with PDFs and increase PDF productivity in the office.

Able2Extract lets users convert scanned (multi-language OCR included) and native PDFs to more than 10 formats, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Text, AutoCAD, HTML, CSV, and image formats. It also comes with batch PDF conversion and creation that let users manage multiple PDFs in seconds.

As a PDF creator, Able2Extract can create secure PDFs with passwords and file permissions from any format that can be printed. In addition, Able2Extract can edit PDF pages and text, merge and split PDFs, insert Bates numbering, add PDF annotations, redact information, and compare any two printable documents. Users can fill in, create and modify PDF forms, and extract PDF form data to CSV.

Able2Extract contains the ability to sign PDFs. Users can insert electronic (image) and digital (cryptographic) signatures. Users can also verify digital signatures instantly.

The custom PDF to Excel conversion is aimed at generating accurate conversions by letting you manually adjust the rows and columns of PDF tables for conversion.
