I use Beebole to keep track of all of our project's progress and use it to add new projects/customers to our company profile. I use Beebole for every single project we have and all new projects! I set up all new projects/customers and I love the add PM option because we use that all the time.

I can't imagine a situation where it isn't used because every department will use it at some point during the day.

We use Beebole for time entry, management, and tracking for all team members. We use it for both internal administrative tasks, client work, and time off (holiday / paid time off).

Beebole is well suited for complex organizations that have detailed teams, projects, labor categories, etc. However, for smaller organizations, the functionality and complexity can make it a bit cumbersome / not as user friendly.

We use Beebole primary as time tracking and project management software. Beebole allows us to collect data effectively which helps us to control / forecast our project deliverables, support billing process and as a result to take management decision on time. It allows us to have clear tracking of spent hours per Employee or Contractor, Vendor within each individual project, help us to set teams under the project, set deliveries, see & control budgets (time spend, billing actual vs set budgets), collect cost per project team member or individual, analyse project marginality. It helps us to collect and control the cost of the resources, i.e. to plan our cost and forecast our payments to our employees, vendors, or contractors.

It is not so complicated product (apps) but holding a perfect balance of the functionality and the cost of the subscription. The rest is too subjective (screens, inside search optimizations, etc.).

Our IT department has offshore staff and consultants and we use Beebole to manage their HR onboarding and timesheets across many business units and projects. Due to the nature of starters/leavers we need a flexible platform to meet our specific needs.

We are very happy with Beebole. Their flexible approach and willingness to grant licenses when our offshore IT partner had to onboard 25 specialists for hypercare - they gave us the licenses immediately.
