Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our IT department has offshore staff and consultants and we use Beebole to manage their HR onboarding and timesheets across many business units and projects. Due to the nature of starters/leavers we need a flexible platform to meet our specific needs.

Pros

  • Excellent troubleshooting.
  • Fast and efficient response to queries arising, with an actual person to email, not a chatbot.
  • Trust - we had an uptick in new starters due and didn't have enough licenses. Beebole agreed to assign the licenses even though the purchase order wasn't in effect yet.

Cons

  • We're happy with the features, but then we only use the HR timesheet function.

Return on Investment

  • Efficient HR processes are vital in a fast moving project environment. We run many SAP projects with offshore people onboarding/leaving every month.

  • Somewhat of a cumbersome user interface / not as intuitive
  • Interface appears a bit outdated, not as appealing as other software
  • Reporting is cumbersome / difficult to customize views

We use Beebole primary as time tracking and project management software. Beebole allows us to collect data effectively which helps us to control / forecast our project deliverables, support billing process and as a result to take management decision on time. It allows us to have clear tracking of spent hours per Employee or Contractor, Vendor within each individual project, help us to set teams under the project, set deliveries, see & control budgets (time spend, billing actual vs set budgets), collect cost per project team member or individual, analyse project marginality. It helps us to collect and control the cost of the resources, i.e. to plan our cost and forecast our payments to our employees, vendors, or contractors.

  • Some lack of administration options for user accesses
  • Single Standard cost alternative, for example, it would be nice to have at least two alternative at the same time (with overheads and not!)

I use Beebole to keep track of all of our project's progress and use it to add new projects/customers to our company profile. I use Beebole for every single project we have and all new projects! I set up all new projects/customers and I love the add PM option because we use that all the time.
