What is VPlayed?

Contus Vplayed is a cloud-enabled Video on demand platform used to build video on demand mobile apps and websites. Backed by AWS cloud and built in with customizable video player, Contus Vplayed can scale automatically and is accommodative towards 3rd-party integrations.

With a fully-built backend, Contus Vplayed has provisions for managing video assets, user subscriptions, revenue earned via AVOD, TVOD, SVOD business models. The white-labeled VOD platform has elastic transcoding as a built-in feature that allows videos to be streamed adaptively based on the connectivity strength for an uninterrupted viewing experience.

Contus Vplayed holds an array of security features which includes DRM (Digital Rights Management), Access Control, AES encryption for preventing video assets from being accessed, downloaded or replicated without proper authorization.

The CMS of this VOD platform is well suited for managing video assets, categorizing them and maintaining a multi-level hierarchy of categories and sub-categories. Contus Vplayed can be provided on on-premises server infrastructure as well.
