Use Cases and Deployment Scope
DonorSearch has been a very useful tool for our organization in helping us navigate our donorbase and searching for new ones. It's user-friendly interface is simple to navigate and easy to teach others on our team to use. Very reasonably priced compared to it's competitors and the support staff is readily accessible for assistance.
Pros
- Provides donor insight at a high level.
- Easy to use interface and system.
- Customer service is top notch and very responsive.
Cons
- Ability to do a search without an actual address and utilize a P.O. Box would be nice.
- Connecting of information with LLCs.
Return on Investment
- Unfortunately I'm not able to disclose the ROI we've received but it has been great!
- In researching donors, the system has save me hours!
