I have been a Dropbox user for about a decade and love it. Dropbox allows me to organize my files and access them from any computer and my phone. It has simplified my business and my life! I have recommended dropbox to many other friends in the real estate industry and it has been a game changer for them as well. I am no longer anchored to my laptop!!

Cons

The online dashboard is somewhat cluttered. I prefer a clean list of my files. I don't need to see the recents, etc.

I use Dropbox to move large files to multiple people. We have large video files from film projects and work with people spread far and wide geographically. This tool allows me to upload them to a location where anyone from the team can access the files. It makes it easy to stay organized and keep the team on task.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dropbox is used to share files between team members and to external vendors. Dropbox's ability to sync files keep our shared files updated and it's great for when we collaborate as a team, as everyone can access the most updated version. Dropbox is also great to share files to vendors, especially bigger files that cannot be sent as an attachment.

I use Dropbox as my cloud backup. I also share folders with clients. It keeps me organized so well. I am able to access all my folders from my laptop as well as my phone and other devices. It makes it so easy and accessible. Clients love the ease and accessibility as well.

The starring function doesn't seem to work well when sharing. One user stars files/images, but the other doesn't see it.
