Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Red Falcon to enter customer orders and look up customer history on orders. I also use Red Falcon for entering new customer addresses. I also you Red Falcon to look up customer contracts and for customer quotes. Red Falcon is easy to work. I love the new updates.

Pros

  • Order History is easy to use
  • Entering orders is easy
  • Entering quotes are easy
  • Searching past orders is easy
  • Customer contracts are easy to pull up

Cons

  • Sometimes it will just spin and load. It can take up to 10 minutes to work sometime.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Red Flacon to process orders that come over from our customers. Red Falcon helps streamline that process, allows us to store multiple clients and customers, creates special pricing between clients, and keeps everything organized. It integrates with our QuickBooks as well.

Pros

  • Customer Service
  • Easy to navigate Dashboard
  • Easy to use platform

Cons

  • It would be nice to be able to turn on/off certain features. Like in our packing slip area there is extra data attached to the picking ticket. It would be nice for users who don't like that to be able to turn that off. Or likewise, with other features.

Return on Investment

  • I would not know about that area. However I would say we have very little issues overall.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to process office supply orders. Having more reporting options included in the software or a report builder would be nice, other than having to log in to Acsellerate.

Pros

  • Ease of processing orders.
  • Accessible anywhere.
  • Calculating commissions.
  • Easy to navigate.

Cons

  • Would like to be able to print only unprinted orders in packing slips.
  • More reporting options within Red Falcon.
  • Would like to be able to search by order number under customer order history.
  • Be able to do recurring orders on the back end for MISC items.

Return on Investment

  • Being able to see orders flagged with low GP before processing has helped us avoid taking a loss on an item or order by catching it ahead of time.
