Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use several systems and try them out to see if they would work for our organization. For us, we loved being able to understand how an applicant interacts from using HirePro Video Interview. We noticed that we were able to screen our potential candidates before we every actually had a face to face interview. Great service that we recommend! We pair it with TestGorilla and love it!
Pros
- Pre-screening of employees
- Saves us employee time (from first interviews)
- Eliminates people who would not work for our organization
Cons
- The site can take a while to load (takes up tons of RAM)
- Option for more intro videos of our specific organization before being asked questions (the why behind our org.)
- I would like more question options for us to choose from that might be more applicable to our industry (non-profit)
