We use Infor Customer Experience Suite in our organization, as mentioned below. 1) As I am working with the sales team, it helps our team to manage sales data and contact information so its decreases data loss. 2) It helps to create a ticket or in simple language, tracking of work so I can send a report to my Manager.
Pros
- The leads come from many sources so it is possible for us to manage and handle all leads at once. Infor helped in managing leads and contracts.
- The tracking of any data is so easily which makes to work faster.
Cons
- I believe Infor needs to improve speed because sometimes the application slows down, and it's really frustrating.

The specific scenario based on my experience where Infor Customer Experience Suite is well suited is that when you have a lot of data and contact details, then I believe it's best suited to handle all your data safely and securely. As we are a service provider company and we need to see all clients carefully, Infor helps us to create a proper funnel.
