Disappointed Long-Term Customer Time to Move On
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
After being a JobAdder customer for over 3 years, we’ve made the decision to move away from the platform—and unfortunately, it hasn’t been an easy choice, but a necessary one.
While the platform initially met our needs, over time we’ve seen very little innovation or meaningful updates to the features that actually matter to our business. Basic functionalities remain clunky, reporting capabilities are limited, and support—while friendly—often lacks the depth needed for more technical or complex issues.
We also found that feedback we provided over the years was rarely actioned or acknowledged in a tangible way. As a growing business, we needed a system that could evolve with us and provide deeper insights and automation, and unfortunately, JobAdder no longer meets that bar.
We sincerely hope the team invests more in listening to long-term clients and prioritising real enhancements over surface-level updates. Thanks for the service over the past few years, but it’s time for us to move forward.
Pros

Cons
- The reporting module is limited and lacks depth.
- There’s a lack of candidate self-service features, like portals where applicants can update their profiles, upload documents, or track application progress.
- Automation is basic compared to competitors like Bullhorn or Vincere.
Return on Investment
- The ability to post to multiple job boards from one platform, along with automated candidate tracking, has saved recruiters admin time
- Rigid workflows make it difficult to scale or tailor the system
