- Speed- the process from start to finish is rather quick.
- Innovative-there are a lot of features on LeadCandy that are not on other apps!
- Remarkable- the feedback from the staff has only consisted of "how nice it is we’ve needed a program like this".
Cons
- Some older staff aren't as receptive to new products and softwares.
- Had to relearn and teach staff- teaching the staff the new program is time consuming.
Return on Investment
- Effectiveness- the amount of email lists we received in the database!
- We've received the database quickly and efficiently.
- Neatness of website and app- the website was easy to manage.
