I recently switched to OnPay for our payroll processing service. The entire process was quick and easy, the customer service was fast to respond to my questions. I just processed our first payroll with them and it was a very easy process. Employee feedback has been positive, too. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for simple, straightforward payroll processing!

We love OnPay. We have our retirement plan through them as well as Health insurance. They do our payroll as well. The customer service has been amazing and very prompt. I have had issues in the past on how to do things and utilized the chat option, which was amazing. You get an email of the chat after it is all said and done.

Have a time clock that is available for everyone.

We use OnPay to process payroll, primarily for clients who pay on a biweekly basis. It helps us keep compliant with any new payroll laws across many different states and makes the entire process easy and seamless! We would not be able to keep up to date on any new requirements that each state requires, so it is nice that OnPay handles all of that in the background.

OnPay works really well in regards to multi state payroll processing. It also is very customizable, so you can handle clients that have bonuses, tips, or other compensation or deductions. The start up and enrolling process is also really simple and OnPay will even do all the data entry for you when switching from another product.

[...] is a small nonprofit which changed from Quickbooks Payroll to OnPay. QB Payroll was too expensive for just 2 employees. OnPay was not only easy to implement and tie to our accounting system, the system itself was very easy to use. 1st payroll went on without a hitch.

We use OnPay for the processing of our employee payroll as well as capturing 1099 payments to our contractors. We also were impressed with the various benefit options/capabilities offered.

Overall a great product that serves the HR/payroll and benefit needs of most companies. The benefit options, though, can be lacking for businesses with only a few employees.

We use OnPay for payroll and all payroll things related. We don't have any issues with OnPay. If after the initial training, I am always able to call a customer service representative and receive nothing but excellent help and assistance.

Pros

Notifying me when a pay run is scheduled or due.
Helps with items that seem impossible for me to find on the site.
It lets me run a report choosing the dates that I need; allowing me to decide which employees are on the report.

Cons

I don't see what can be changed to make it better. It is very user-friendly.

As stated, once you have been trained, it is easy to follow and navigate pay schedules. If there is an issue on my end, there is no problem with contacting customer service, via email or by phone, and they help in real time.

I used OnPay for 2 restaurants. The platform is easy to use for cash tipped ee’s.Manage taxes flawlessly. Reports are great. Customer service is excellent. They jumped in after hurricane Ian and made payroll happen when we were without internet and power. They rock!
