Use Cases and Deployment Scope
In my organization, we use Reachdesk to send out gift cards, swag, along with other products to prospects, customers, and partners. I strictly use Reachdesk to send things to prospects. Reachdesk allows me and others in my organization to streamline the process of sending products to the previously mentioned group in an easy and efficient manner. We can use Reachdesk to plugin in with our CRM so we can quickly fill in the necessary information to send things to them and it only takes 5 minutes.

- I would like to be able to have a default currency instead of it resetting all the time.
