Great all-in-one Social media management platform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It’s a solid tool with lots of features created by people who actually worked in this area. Super intuitive to mange and create posts, specially for those who are just getting into this. First of all features I use the most, is the AI assistant -which is now a must for me- you start writing a quick draft of the text you want, and you can try different tones, formats and rephrase them with a couple of clicks. Second is the live preview, to have that level of accuracy for fine tuning on each social media post is really useful. Another great feature is the synced media library, this one saved me more than once! It helped me reducing daily hours of manual tasks. Overall is a powerful and intuitive platform, very helpful for both, those who are starting and those who are managing large accounts with a lot of content.

Pros

  • Assisting and suggesting different tones for your copy
  • Live previewing the post for each platform
  • Manage the schedule for each post

Cons

  • No free plan, however it has a 14 day try period
  • A little cluttered in low res displays

Return on Investment

  • Easy adapt content to target reducing production times
  • Quick start with none friction helped with the migration from other tools
  • Reliable adn flexible scheduling helped visualizing the roadmap and priorities

Vista Social Review

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Vista Social is an incredible site that allows you to manage your social media the way you want. You can add your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and even LinkedIn accounts.

Messages are grouped on the page, making it much easier to manage customer responses.
We can automatically reply to our customers' messages, which allows for great message automation.

I can schedule my posts, which helps me a lot, especially on LinkedIn, where I post many times a day in French, English, Spanish, Chinese, and Portuguese.

The Listening option is great and allows you to find exactly the posts you want.

I recommend Vista Social.

It’s a really solid all in one tool. Setup was quick, and I had everything connected in under 10 minutes including social accounts, Canva, and adding a team member. We use it to for the content calendar, monitoring, scheduling, assigning tasks, automating DMs, reporting and analytics. The inbox saves me so much time, and the DM automation makes handling common messages super easy. I also like the built-in social listening it’s something I usually have to pay extra for on other platforms. Reporting is clean, and having all the metrics in one place is a big help.

Game-Changer

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At a company such as ours, keeping guests and social media enquiries can get extremely overwhelming. I genuinely feel as if Vista Social has changed the game for us, being able to see all your comments and mentions across all social platforms in one place, and in real time, is genuinely a game changer. One feature that makes them quite different from the rest would be the DM automation feature, as it allows us to focus on operational duties, such as check ins and guest requests at the busiest times of the day. The listening tools have also helped us keep tabs on what guests and potential customers are saying, without needing extremely costly enterprise plans, and it's also surprisingly very budget-friendly

Pros

  • Advanced Automation & DM Responses
  • All your social messages in one place, in real time
  • Social Listening at a very reasonable price

Cons

  • Post Preview Accuracy

Return on Investment

  • The DM automation feature means we're not missing out on important messages when we're off the clock (after hours essentially), which is a huge advantage in hospitality where response time is everything.
  • In most cases, time is money, and being able to manage all our platforms from one place has cut down hours of switching between apps and tabs. That in itself has boosted our company's productivity and allowed the team to respond faster to guests and potential leads.
  • The real-time insights and mentions helps us tweak content and react to trends quicker, which has increased our visibility and bookings.
