What is Voxco Survey Software?

Voxco Survey Software features one centralized database across multiple survey channels. The vendor says that with this solution, users can collect and process respondent data at any time and in any place.  This flexible software can be used to create device-responsive online surveys (web, mobile, or embedded in-app), over-the-phone interviews (CATI, IVR and dialers), or face-to-face interviewing (CAPI). According to the vendor, their clients appreciate their engaging, interactive survey results dashboards and personalized customer service.

Pros

  • Has a simple and cleanly laid out website making function and projects easy to fine.
  • Reporting and analysis functions are easy to find and understand.
  • Has a nice feature in the reporting that automatically reorders response categories so they are always from max to min.

Cons

  • On the same topic about the automatic reordering of responses from max to min, the downside is it does not allow me to leave the ordering in original format.

Return on Investment

  • I can't speak to this as I'm just using it for analysis and it's the only tool available in this situation.
