Capable survey tool very similar to SurveyMonkey and SurveyGizmo.
Pros
- Has a simple and cleanly laid out website making function and projects easy to fine.
- Reporting and analysis functions are easy to find and understand.
- Has a nice feature in the reporting that automatically reorders response categories so they are always from max to min.
Cons
- On the same topic about the automatic reordering of responses from max to min, the downside is it does not allow me to leave the ordering in original format.
Return on Investment
- I can't speak to this as I'm just using it for analysis and it's the only tool available in this situation.
