Yo!kart is the primary software solution that creates the marketplace site, facilitates the sales of resources and goods, and tracks customer engagement. Primarily we use Yo!Kart to sale physical products and digital downloads. At a secondary level, we use Yo!Kart to assist service providers in CRM.

  • There are ok language barriers with some of the associates that make difficult conversations.
  • Time difference internationally can be a challenge sometimes.

We required a marketplace which can be easily customized for our needs. Yo!Kart was the only one which could be customized like we wanted and the customer service has been excellent and development team is really skilled.

  • Direct whatsapp connection to the dev team. Makes communication fast and reliable.

  • Admin side is sometimes difficult to use and settings hard to find. At least at first, before you learn where everything is.
