Zenduty is an end-to-end incident management platform that helps provide real-time alerts about critical events from the infrastructure monitoring, ticketing and support systems. Zenduty also helps manage critical incidents. We can effectively delegate tasks and meet our SLAs with the help of Zenduty. It is also integrated with other monitoring and ticketing tools and helps Engineers, IT managers in streamlining incident related communications.
