ZoomInfo is a nice add-on for recruitment companies
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We utilize ZoomInfo Talent to identify potential candidates for our manufacturing and engineering clients. We have used ZoomInfo to email them in the past.
Pros
- ZoomInfo Talent has detailed search parameters to help identified potentially qualified candidates.
- ZoomInfo Talent allows you to download your results via CSV or Excel directly to your ATS/CRM once linked.
- ZoomInfo Talent shows email open info if you send them emails via ZoomInfo.
Cons
- I think the data (emails and phone numbers) is only somewhat accurate.
- Often there is company data missing that is important.
- ZoomInfo doesn't provide phone support for free; you have to pay for phone support in addition to the platform.
Return on Investment
- Negative ROI for 2024. I found often the phone numbers, emails and current companies were not current.
- It's a nice product to have as an add on.
- I don't think training is great; I found it made more sense to hire someone to utilize my sourcing instead.
