BlueJeans Events Review

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BlueJeans Events as a virtual solution to meetings/town halls/all colleague/all hands call etc. We implemented the tool during the pandemic where no one could meet in person, it solved that problem for us. It is now used by the events team to support virtual events across the bank.

Pros

  • Moderator controls
  • Q&A feature
  • Presenter views

Cons

  • Would like the moderator to be able to re-order the presenters on the line by speaking order
  • Would like to be able to adjust controls after event is live, like add or remove Q&A

Return on Investment

  • Data retrieval
