The vendor’s value proposition is that the features are optimized for small to medium-sized businesses that have the same needs as large corporations–but don’t have massive budgets to integrate or pay for expensive add-ons. All ConvergeHub CRM features are built-in, work together, and have a uniform look and behavior. Businesses can use ConvergeHub to automate typical day-to-day tasks and marketing automation processes within a simple and intuitive interface.

ConvergeHub dashboard provides a quick and precise snapshot of the key business metrics, namely – Deals by Expected Close Date; Leads by Source; Lead Acquisition & Deal Acquisition and so on.
ConvergeHub calendar  allows users to schedule, reschedule, organize, add and edit the tasks. Users can share the calendar with colleagues for quick collaboration. They can check tasks due dates and get notified about upcoming meetings.
Users can frame and run marketing campaigns across four broadcast mediums – Email, Direct Mail, SMS and Social. At the end of every campaign, they can use the cross-channel campaign tracking feature to measure the campaign performance and identify the most profitable channels.
ConvergeHub provides Case History
 for every customer stored in the CRM. The case history section includes  important details like - total number of cases, assigned customer support agents, case resolution status and case closure date.
ConvergeHub Library module enables users to store, share and manage important files, collaterals, brochures, presentations and case studies for every target, lead, account, contact, deal and customer.
ConvergeHub facilitates its users to store all business contacts within one  unified database that is accessible round-the-clock from any internet-enabled device. The contact details section includes information such as  email, phone number, meeting notes, to-do lists and documents. Users can customize the contacts management section and add comments, notes, events and files to the contacts.
