    We use hireEZ for sourcing on job positions, getting additional contact information, scrubbing information in our database (enrichments) and for email marketing campaigns

    Pros

    • I like the ease of use for email campaigns - sender delegation, alerts, pushkey, automations
    • I like the AI suggestions of candidates to add into an established project
    • I like the tags, filters, abilities with which you can search
    • I like the breakdowns in reporting. Specifically I like to see within projects but also across projects and users

    Cons

    • Alphabetical sorting in stages
    • More filters/editables within stages of projects like how they are in "Sourcing" searches
    • more integration/deeper with Crelate and Linkedin

    Return on Investment

    • Great to enrich data & contact information
    • We enjoy using the campaigns which saved a lot of time and effort
    • Syncing with LI being able to see LIM sent is a timesaver

    hireEZ has been an excellent sourcing tool for our team. The ability to narrow down candidates based on our specific needs has been a huge asset. I especially appreciate the email campaign feature with automated follow-ups—it allows me to set everything up and then focus on the rest of my day. It's a real time-saver

    Implemented 8 months ago across both salaried and hourly role teams. It's been a great tool in engaging passive candidates. The analytics feature is really helpful sharing market data with hiring leaders. Integration with SuccessFactors has been pretty smooth as well.

    Love Using hireEZ

    Use Cases and Deployment Scope

    We use hireEZ as a search tool within our recruiting/sourcing team. We like the product as it is synced with our ATS, allowing us to search previous profiles and reqs in one spot. The business problem it addresses is allowing us to get another touch point with candidates. Unfortunately, LinkedIn only allows you to message a profile, where hireEZ will provide personal contact info if they have it. This allows us to hit candidates from multiple touchpoints. Also the drip campaigns allow you to do work upfront and then let the system do the rest!

    Pros

    • Providing accurate contact information
    • Ability to make drip campaigns of multiple steps
    • Keep an organized list of who has to be messaged, who has been messaged and who has responded
    • Allowing us to export a profile right into our ATS and req

    Cons

    • Their AI feature is not very good and is very generic
    • Their predicted availability and salary ranges are usually way off
    • I wish the skills section was ranked instead of just listed together

    hireEZ has made sourcing so much easier. It saves me a lot of time, and I’ve been able to connect with more qualified candidates faster. It’s easy to use, and the outreach features keep everything organized. It’s been a great addition to my recruiting toolkit.

    • Some candidate info is outdated—an easier refresh option would help.
    • Email insights are limited—it’s hard to tell why some messages bounce or go unopened.
    • AI matches can miss key qualifications; more accuracy would be great.
