  • Is easy to set up and design features that you really need, as well as the pipeline sales.
  • The business card feature on my cell.
  • HUB to help sort, score, prioritize and then communicate to the customer.
  • Is easy to manage each lead as it comes in and fully maximize the potential through the automated emails.

Cons

  • A centralized Dashboard that allows a full visual all the data
  • Some limited abilities to visualize data in dashboard reports ( vs. %, getting closing %, etc.)
  • Not automatic reminders

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As we already use HubSpot as our CRM in our organisation, the decision to subscribe to Operations Hub made sense. We use it to Synchronise, clean, and curate our data and automate our processes.

The Best Real Time Sync Tool For Your Contacts

Pros

  • It's great with realtime and two-way syncs.
  • It provides custom mappings.
  • We can create unlimited rules to connect between apps.
  • Allows me to sync CRM leads to email marketing platform without effort.
  • It makes it easy to share contacts with the entire team.

Cons

  • They should add more integrations with other apps.
  • Cheaper pricing would make it more competitive.
  • Improve dashboard information.

Good for what they do, but not all the features we need.

  • It's easy to set up.

  • It's not as robust as what we needed (we switched to Zapier to get contacts and activities to sync).

  • It's good at getting contacts into our CRM for Salespeople to start contacting -- thus helping move along the sales process.
  • It's not good at getting the Sales Reps all the data they need to see what activities that contact has taken part in, or what emails they received.
