Using IBM Process Mining and being part of the finance department was challenging, but it had to be necessary as we needed to start building productivity into our releases and innovate our strategies. We did not participate in the installation, we only dedicated ourselves to learning the benefits that we could obtain if we got a full deployment of IBM Process Mining, and it worked from the beginning because this system catches the errors that we are not seeing, it is not difficult to learn, our financial services were carried out without setbacks since it is a software that speeds up our processes automatically.

Best for data mining, good results automatically.
Great simulation power to determine if a business process will have errors and improve them immediately.
A pleasant interface at a glance generates confidence by being able to collect historical data and current data to make the best decision.

Cons

It is software with great internal productivity, there are no complaints or negative experiences with IBM Process Mining.

Quick detection of errors, we do not need to be experts, just do the correct programming and enjoy a high-quality service.
The wait time for data mining results is extremely short, the implementation is good, and it has a familiar user interface to further simplify the manual process.

It is a very effective system to improve processes that are not working fully. The detection of these flaws can only be achieved with IBM Process Mining since it is a software with more powerful results than other software that performs the same. Indeed, adaptation to each department was achieved, since it is very easy to implement and anchor to the different departments that use it. We visualize data very effectively and improve where we are lacking, automation is very effective in optimizing our manual functions.

Pros

I like the power of simulations, as they show us hypothetical results to know where to improve, it helps us prevent internal disasters and future improvements.
It has a very detailed dashboard with very clear and precise functions.
Each feature is aimed at improving every aspect of our business processes, the benefits are plentiful, and with great ease of use.

Cons

It can be complicated software to understand at first glance by inexperienced colleagues, but the technical support is the best, they are always available and respond quickly to any query.

Return on Investment

It has very good data mining, and the visualization is special for us, in addition, the results are excellent, the automation is good, the programming is simple and the support team is unique and friendly to solve our doubts and problems. We have made great progress that we did not achieve before, errors in application launches are detected in time, and inconveniences are prevented.
