We use the platform as a centralised way for our brands to all connect.
It allows for easy access to policies, protocols, e-learning content, audits and reportinga cross all of our brands. Having everything in one place allows our departments to make changes to internal policies/protocols however small or big that will then be automatically oushed out to those who require to reread the chnage and automatically version controls the document. The platform has the ability to also flag upcoming expiry dates for licences/certifiactes that are team members are required to keep upto date to ensure compliance is meet - this adds another level of security as they are less likley to forgot aboout renewing/uploading.
