I use Modern Hire to prescreen candidates and to schedule interviews for candidates and hiring leaders. I use Modern Hire on at least 90% of all of my openings. Modern Hire has increased my efficiency in the prescreening phase of the recruiting process. I am able to send out multiple text, voice, or video screenings to candidates and the candidates can complete their screening when it's convenient for them. With text screenings, most are completed within minutes of being sent out. Scheduling interviews is so much easier with their Event Scheduling capabilities - no more phone tag with candidates to schedule an interview. Candidates get an email or text with available dates for an interview and they self-schedule.
