They are the SAAS partner, we take the VOD services, the end-to-end solution is provided by ViewLift.
Pros
- They use AWS MediaConvert as encoding services which is fast and efficient.
- The support excecutives are well trained and responsive.
- The best part is whatever we ask them to do they never say no, they are always ready to accept new challenges.
Cons
- I think they need to add multiple input and multiple output structures in their encoding services. Example: Suppose you want to add 5.1 audio to your streams and you need multiple audio inputs for that but it can take only one input.
- Improvement required for the search.
Most Important Features
- It is very difficult to point out any particular feature, overall the platform itself is pretty useful.
Return on Investment
- We mostly work on a tight schedule, as a client we get all the support from ViewLift whenever needed.
