Zoho Cliq is the backbone of our internal communication system. We use Zoho Cliq extensively to connect with team members working on various projects. We also have inter-departmental teams to facilitate on-going projects. As required we invite external vendors, experts and even freelancers to get additional inputs/ clarifications on specific issues that need to be resolved Besides this company-wide announcements, celebrations, greetings are made through Zoho Cliq channels. In fact, internal emails are negligible as all communications are done through the messaging channel only.

In our organization, we are using Zoho Cliq, and it plays a major role in/check-out, internal chatting, stand-up calls, etc. A best companion ever.

Cons

  • can be combined all the Zoho software like Zoho Payroll and Zoho People in one place so we can use all the things in one place
  • currently Zoho were implementing many features but it would be better if they improve the UI/UX

our organization to improve communication among team members. It helps us quickly share messages, updates, and files, making collaboration easier.it solves are reducing email clutter, speeding up information sharing, and enabling instant messaging for quick questions or clarifications. It includes team chats, project discussions, and quick meetings. It keeps everyone connected and helps us work more efficiently.

  • notifications that alert you about important messages, helping you stay updated

Cons

  • Sometimes, the search function is slow or not very accurate. It would also be helpful to have more ways to customize notifications so we can choose what really matters
  • the app could do better with video calls or meetings directly in the chat
  • some users find it difficult to set up integrations with other tools, and making this easier would be a big help

We use Zoho Cliq for ALL our inter-office communication. Because so much of our workforce is remote (myself included), we rely heavily on 1:1 as well as group chats to stay organized, assign quick tasks, and share pertinent information about callers, customers in the pipeline, marketing initiatives, as well as operational concerns. Beyond the basics, we also utilize some more 'advanced' features of the platform. We utilize external channels to allow our clients to directly. I personally use the audio and screen share calls as well when I've no time to write a full brief to someone. Versus needing to set up a zoom call, it makes quick communication easy. I also utilize Zoho Cliq for automated notifications throughout the day. This includes notifying sales team associates when new leads arrive, as well as notifying me personally of ops concerns — like when sales are closing, or accounts under 90 days are canceled. This allows us to be nimble; responding to emerging news as it happens. In an industry where speed-to-lead is how you live and die? A platform like Cliq is imperative to our success.

  • Pinned messages take up a lot of real estate.
  • The contact lists once pinned stay locked in order. Being able to create dividers would assist greatly in organizing my contacts into departments.
  • The panes added in as you chat should be allowed to minimize and reorganize.

  • It's allowed my sales team to "speed to lead". Allowing us to connect to leads seconds after they hit our CRM.
  • Because the platform comes inside the "One" platform, the ROI is amazingly high, because having to add this level of chat ON TOP of another platform would be costly.
  • It allows us to create custom team chats. Makes it so easy to relay account information quickly. No water coolers required.
