Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use all modules of Ariba except invoicing. It addresses the procurement automation issue for indirect materials. It also helps in supplier onboarding.

Pros

  • Buying indirect materials is one of the best examples
  • sourcing and supplier onboardings are really efficient
  • Guided buying is really user friendly and easy to configure

  • Contracting must be developed more user friendly
  • AI should be implemented in each module
