We use all modules of Ariba except invoicing. It addresses the procurement automation issue for indirect materials. It also helps in supplier onboarding.

Pros

Buying indirect materials is one of the best examples
sourcing and supplier onboardings are really efficient
Guided buying is really user friendly and easy to configure

Contracting must be developed more user friendly
AI should be implemented in each module
