This product is great for organizations. You can quickly upload documents, e-sign them, and save the files securely through the cloud. The pricing is also affordable for users and organizations. Mediocre product with security issues

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My experience with Dropbox Sign's G2 marketing campaign left me feeling pretty let down. It just seemed like they weren't being totally upfront with their customers. And when it comes to the product itself, I've gotta say, it's not exactly blowing me away. Plus, I've heard some worrying things about security issues. Honestly, I wouldn't feel right recommending it to anyone, especially if they're concerned about keeping their stuff safe. I use sign for two of my businesses and considering different product at this time.

Pros

  • Nothing
  • Not a lot
  • Negligible difference

Cons

  • Security
  • User experience
  • Core functionality

Return on Investment

  • Negative ROI
  • Never paid for itself
  • Wasted my time
