What is Breathe?

Breathe in Horsham provides that their HR software is designed to be used effectively by people with no prior experience of HR from day one, and provides ongoing training and support as part of monthly subscriptions to help customers make the most of their software.

Breathe does exactly what I need

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Breathe to log time off in lieu and to request and manage my holidays. I also view my 121's from my Line Manager and also log training

Pros

  • Delivers company announcements
  • Holds vital information about me and my role

Cons

  • More detail of TOIL requests would be better
  • It would be nice if it linked to Outlook for logging training for staff
  • It would be nice if it could integrate with another H & S software package I use
