Use Cases and Deployment Scope
The app is easy to use for businesses. We don't really have time to try to remember how to access things like reports that we don't use that often, so the option to create shortcuts makes it a lot easier for us to discover the things we need.
Pros
- Calculate tax deductions and distribute paychecks for auditing and tax reporting purposes.
- Applicant Tracking feature that allows you to create and post vacancies on the job page of the website and on various job portals.
- Design plans for onboarding sessions and communicate with new hires.
Cons
- I would like the ATS component that monitors candidate hiring to be able to trigger more hiring activities like connecting with our background check provider and scheduling a prospect appointment.
- The benefit statement could be more advanced.
- A little more update for the UXI.
