Jiminny - a great all in one tool for Sales and Customer Success needs
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Jiminny to record all calls from the sales and customer success teams with external prospects and customers. We make use of Jiminny's conversational intelligence tools to look out for certain themes and topics, and also to get summaries and transcripts of the calls to share with the wider business. The snippets tool is also very helpful for this. We have it integrated to our CRM, Hubspot, and Slack as well. We also use the tool for sales coaching for sales people - for example how to handle certain objections to our solution.
Pros
- Producing snippets of conversations that are easily shared with the wider business
- Producing summaries and transcripts of logged calls.
- Providing good data and analysis of sales reps performance
Cons
- We don't really make use of the revenue forecasting tool, so some improvements or training on how to use this would be useful
- The UX of the main platform and dashboard could be a bit more streamlined and easier to navigate
- The playlists tool could also be improved by making it easier to add certain calls/snippets to a playlist
Return on Investment
- It has helped us to save time when looking back on customer/prospect calls and interactions as everything is in one central repository
- It has helped us to improve our sales process and playbook - for instance by providing training on objection handling, or by analysing mentions of key themes such as price or competitors.
