Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Lead Forensics to track businesses coming to one of our clients' websites, as it is very much a B2B product that they are trying to sell. We used this information from Lead Forensics to inform their small two-person sales team and arm them with the necessary contacts to reach out to them with.

Pros

  • Customer Service. [...] has been fantastic to work with.
  • User-Friendly. The platform/dashboard is very user friendly which was wonderful in our use case with bringing on a client that was looking to gain insights right away.

Cons

  • When searching for a contact under a specific business, it would be great to be able to search by location. Currently, you can only search by Job Title or Full Name.

Return on Investment

  • We are still in the very early stages of using Lead Forensics for our agency, but I can see that it could already be very useful to us as we haven't had insights like this previously.
  • Our very first use case with Lead Forensics was with a brand-new client and I would say it went exceptionally well. We were running a large media campaign for them, and it was very insightful to see how those specific businesses were getting to the site and what page they were going to. Like mentioned previously, this helped their very small sales team to go after businesses they know were interested in them.

We have a huge amount of traffic to our website but no way to capitalize on who is visiting. LF allows us to see the sites, the potential contacts and generate reports that we pass to our Inside Sales to execute outreach campaigns.

  • Gathers a lot of valuable information for us to use.
  • Has a robust dashboard with lots of settings to get it perfect for our needs.
  • Has an awesome and responsive team for support.

  • I don't have any areas they could improve. They've helped us with anything we need to tweak and do everything very well.

A really robust way to allocate leads

As a B2B refurbished computer business, Evergreen Electronics uses Lead Forensics to identify anonymous website visitors, as well as track their origin using UTMs. This allows us to uncover high-intent sales leads, understand their interests, and reach out at the perfect time. Additionally we are able to take these leads and port them directly to our CRM, Zoho.

A Game-Changer for Turning Website Traffic Into Leads

We use Lead Forensics for warm leads for our Business Development Team. We are in a very highly competitive field so we were looking for a way to assist our team. We were very happy with the results we have received and the implementations that Patrick and Tyler put into place for us.

Pros

  • Listening to the customer and adjusting to their needs.
  • Having a well trained staff based off a companies needs.
  • Responds to our questions and requests very quickly and our account manager Patrick is the best I have dealt with in a long time with a vendor.

Cons

  • Intake for new clients could be a little smoother.
  • Better onboard training.

Return on Investment

  • The visits are amazing, and we use that data based off the parameters we have set up on the backend of the platform. We have companies that have been on our website over 120 times and that is just one company. We have met with this company, and it turns out it is a much bigger need with 5 different locations.
  • We use the pages visited to help determine the top five client's we want to pursue. This has been a positive for us in actually targeting possible prospects.
  • The only negative I have is the onboarding needs to be a little better. This platform has so many great areas and ways to track that are adjustable for your company. You can customize almost anything you want in your targeting.
  • Our Customer Success Manger Patrick is a rockstar and has been a wonderful manager for us. He has an amazing knowledge of the platform and working on any requests we have.
