Best platform to send gifts to customers and employees.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Xoxoday Plum with automation and manual as well to buy gifts and send them to our customers. Xoxoday Plum has helped us a lot since we started using it, by providing us a catalogue of more than 3000+ gifts of different brads around the globe. Most of the gifts are sent within few seconds after placing the order.

Pros

  • Many brands with many denominations.
  • Easy to use and simple onboarding process.
  • Automation with many software including Zapier.
  • Monthly, Yearly plans which provides discounts on many brands.

Cons

  • There are many brands that are still not available. Some brands are available for a few countries only which I really hope they fix it asap.
  • When customizing the email design, there is a footer with Xoxoday branding, hope they make it optional. It will help a lot.
  • And many brands require users to go to certain pages and enter the code sent to them to get the actual redeem code which I don't think is a good idea.

Most Important Features

  • Plum Pro is one of the most important features of Xoxoday Plum for me.
  • And integration with other various software including Zapier is another important feature for me and my organization.

  • Xoxoday Plum has been an great software since I started using it for my organization.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Xoxoday Plum was used for internal rewards and recognition for various events within the company. Rewards are very subjective as the likes and dislikes of employees may vary. When the reward and recognition include employees from different functions, different levels, and different geographies of the organization, it becomes a hassle to choose something that would suit all. Xoxoday Plum addresses this very problem by offering a plethora of categories and brands to choose from and also by choosing the currency you would want your recipient to use the points/vouchers in. The liberty to choose where you want to spend your earned reward makes the recipient feel good in our experience so far.

  • Seamless experience
  • Liberty to spend the allocated points/money on more than one product/service/brand/category.

Cons

  • In the admin view, advanced filter can be added to track the redemption better.
  • For now nothing else than the above mentioned.
  • They are doing a fabulous job at the moment.

  • Ease of use
  • Recipient gets the liberty to choose where he/she wants to spend their reward points.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Feature to restrict certain brands or categories based upon any need.

  • Employee morale is boosted.
  • Employees feel happy that they get to choose their own gift.
  • Value for money product as it does justice to the entire concept of reward and recognition.

  • A simple chat bot can also help.
