I used Document360 to create my knowledge base even without the technical skills. I have used the WYSIWYG editor which helped me to create my knowledge base in less time-consuming. It offered me to write an entire page using this editor. Drag and drop options are available to reorganize the page order or whole categories in the knowledge base.
