What is Xoxoday Empuls?

Xoxoday Empuls is designed to help teams move together - aligned to a single vision and able to share meaningful, immediate and personal messages at scale. Whether its about a new employee onboarding, or wishing someone's birthday, or participating in a marathon, all of it can happen in Empuls groups. With Xoxoday Empuls, the user can build a collaborative company culture with features like feeds, announcements, groups, chats, and notifications.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Xoxoday Empuls, to reward employees and celebrate with colleagues their work achievements, anniversaries, and birthday. There is also an option to commend others and/or motivate your teammates by posting your appreciation for their work. There is also a town hall where we can interact with others, even with those we haven't met virtually or personally. We also utilize the Xoxoday for our events as a platform for our games and other inter-activities.

Cons

  • Availability of Single Sign On.
  • Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
  • Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.
