I liked Pepper Cloud CRM because of its WhatsApp and AI integrations. It provides an unified solution for all your conversational sales and marketing needs. But, it supports limited number of email templates. I feel they should add few more templates. Overall it's easy to use, affordable solution. Must recommend.

- I particularly liked it's WhatsApp and other message channel integrations. It's makes it easy to handle conversations from single platform.
- It's AI powered features like chatbot, task automation, etc very handy tools.
- Multiple easy customization options
- Works well with other programs seamlessly. Also, it should open API.
- Provide 24*7 support.
Cons
- Data and file storage is low
- Limited email templates
- The UI/Ux of reporting feature is bit old dated
Return on Investment
- Being a social CRM, it provided a unified platfrom for managing multiple conversations at place.
- It's integration capabilities makes it good option
- Helped us to provide omnichannel support to our clients. We can now provide support to our clients via voice/video calls, email, social media, whatsapp, etc.
