Simple, intuitive, yet robust live chat and chatbot software

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We implemented Tidio for its live chat and automated chatbot functionality. There are a few minor limitations with the service, but it is overall a stellar software that helped us reach more clients and leads where they are on our site. The page-specific targeting via chatbots is a great differentiator.

Cons

  • Unable to ban visitors by site referrer (spam sites)
  • Chatbot conditional logic could be a bit simpler/cleaner
  • Occasional issues with the desktop app (in browser never gives us trouble though)

  • A built in call tracking module would be great.

  • Visitor tracking with page(s) viewed.

Return on Investment

  • Captured leads that might have fallen through the cracks.
  • Free account provides plenty of basic features, so the ROI is 100%.
  • Dashboard with all communications eliminates chasing around emails.
