Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We implemented Tidio for its live chat and automated chatbot functionality. There are a few minor limitations with the service, but it is overall a stellar software that helped us reach more clients and leads where they are on our site. The page-specific targeting via chatbots is a great differentiator.

- Chatbot conditional logic could be a bit simpler/cleaner
- Occasional issues with the desktop app (in browser never gives us trouble though)
